About One operator. Whole stack.

Senior partner.
Not a department.

10x Studio is run by an engineer with cybersecurity and Fortune 500 software experience - and a long history of building the operational systems that make companies actually work. You'll talk to the person who would build it, not a sales engineer.

// Background

A builder's hands.
An operator's eye.

Before 10x Studio, I spent years shipping enterprise software inside Fortune 500 environments and running cybersecurity programs where the cost of a sloppy build was measured in incident reports - not user complaints. That work shaped how I think about every system: the assumption is that real people will use it under real pressure, and the architecture has to survive that.

I also spent years in operations and logistics leadership. That's where I learned that most software fails not because the code is wrong, but because the workflow underneath it was never properly understood. Spreadsheets become load-bearing infrastructure. Shared inboxes become unofficial CRMs. The right answer is rarely "buy another SaaS tool."

10x Studio is what happens when those backgrounds combine: a builder who treats your platform like it has to last, an operator who can see the broken process behind the feature request, and a strategist who can tell you when the right answer is to build less.

// What you get

Three things most shops can't offer.

01

Enterprise rigor

Auth, audit trails, secrets management, threat modeling, secure data handling. Built in from the start - not retrofitted after a pen test.

02

Operational fluency

An ops background means I read your workflow before I write a line of code. The first question is rarely "what should it look like" - it's "what work is this actually doing?"

03

AI as engineering, not theater

RAG, agents, copilots, automation - embedded where they reduce real friction. Evaluated, instrumented, and guardrailed. Not a chatbot bolted onto a footer.

// Principle

"If you can't explain why the software did something, you don't have a product - you have a liability."
